While on the phone with AVS or HavenZone Technical Support you may enter the number of the support code given to you by our technician you are currently on the phone with to allow remote access to your system. After the support session is over the remote desktop software will remove itself from your system. You will need to run the support program each time you request support from Advanced Voice Solutions or HavenZone inc.
